Administrative procedures once admitted
Carefully read all the documents that the university sent you. You will receive an envelope from the university after your confirmed room. This envelope will contain all relevant information on housing, tuition, campus, student life … and more! There will also be some decisions to make, particularly in terms of student housing, so be careful with deadlines!
Make a decision for the scholarships. If you have the chance to receive one or more scholarships, student loans or outside financing, re-examine all aid and check if your situation has not changed since your application, and if some things cannot be changed. Once your summit decision, be sure to respond within the allotted time.
Pay a deposit on your university fees. Universities as countries may require a deposit or not to confirm your place in the training that you have been accepted. Meet deadlines, and risk losing your place in otherwise.
Send your statements Note / language test. You will be asked to send your transcripts and language test if they were not already included in your registration form.
Choose your accommodation. As an international student, you have privileged places in the campus student housing. But despite this, demand often exceeds supply and first come first served. Therefore, undertake steps upon receipt of the mail if you wish to obtain a university housing. If not, start finding information for private housing, and try to contact several agencies on site.
